ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of www.Regencycoffee.co.uk, ("The Website") or any other affiliated site that is run by or linking to Regency Coffee is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.
By ordering from Regency Coffee Ltd, you fully accept the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Website and discontinue purchasing from Regency Coffee Ltd in any form.
ADVICE
The contents of the Website, or any verbal communication from Regency Coffee Ltd does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
CHANGES TO WEBSITE
Regency Coffee reserves the right to:
Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Regency Coffee shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed your acceptance of such change.
MAILING LIST "NEWSLETTERS"
By maintaining your membership "registration" on the "website" you agree to receive regular communications from Regency Coffee, Regency Coffee will never sell or provide your information to a third party. If this is unacceptable email info@RegencyCoffee.co.uk from the email account, registered with Regency Coffee, to remove yourself from our website.
OWNERSHIP
All goods remain the property of Regency Coffee Ltd until paid for in full,
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to deliver orders placed before 12pm Mon-Thu within 24 hours where possible, however in the event we are out of stock we will send the items as soon possible. Orders placed Thursday noon till Friday noon will be delivered Monday. Orders places on the weekend will be delivered Tuesday.
Delivery times for machines vary - for further details ring 0845 371 4423.
Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm.
Regency Coffee accepts no liability in non next working day delivery and under no circumstance compensate for said non delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES
The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of the all items ordered; this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you. (e.g.: orders under £70 incur a delivery charge of £8 Plus Vat - Charged at the current VAT rate ~ all other orders above £70 Plus Vat are exclusive of any delivery charges.)
Please Note additional charges apply for Channel isles or Scottish isles, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & Scottish borders or preferential shipping requirements (e.g.: before 12 / Saturday shipping)

RETURNING GOODS
Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
In regard to returning accessories (non coffee products), if you wish to return the goods which are not faulty we will accept returns up to 3 days after you have received the goods (for reference received time for the goods starts from the date you have signed for the goods (signature from Interlink courier service is recorded for evidence).
The goods must be UNUSED and preferably un-opened or in the same condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right to charge a 15% fee for returning and refunding the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee of up to £15 on the product.
We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g - out of date, ripped packaging)
PLEASE NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.
Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is everyone's interest to ensure the correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS HAVE 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS TO NOTIFY US OF SUCH A FAULT OR DAMAGE.
COLOURS & IMAGES
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software, photo quality and monitors, Regency Coffee also reserve the right to amend any designs or images without prior notice. Images are purely for illustration purposes and packaging or product may differ from the image shown, whilst we endeavour to ensure the images and content on the site is a current as possible, Regency Coffee will accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information.
STOCK DATES (USE BY / SELL BY)
Regency Coffee have a minimum 28 day policy no product we shipped will have less than 28 days of expiry (exceptions can include fresh bake goods - cookies or promotional - low dated stock)
CONSUMER RIGHTS
None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your coffee and accessories order up until the point when the order has been dispatched, this usually occurs within 12 hours of the order being placed but may be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances. If an order is cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full providing the goods have not been dispatched.
If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched it will be dealt with as a 'return'. And you the customer will be fully liable under the returns policy stated above.
PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing equipment or entering into a lease agreement with Regency Coffee the above conditions no longer apply... There is a maximum of 24 hours 'Grace Period' in which you the customer has chance to cancel the order. However after such time the customer cannot cancel or negate from there agreement, as equipment would have been allocated etc. If the customer wishes to cancel terms can be negotiated but Regency Coffee decision is final, with a minimum charge standing at 25% of the equipment value to a maximum of 50%.
REFUNDS ON RETURNED GOODS
Refunds are given by credit or debit cards where possible however in most cases a credit note will be put on the customers account. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by Company cheque unless otherwise stated, such amendment may result in a card admin fee of upto 5% depending on the amount and type of card used when purchasing the goods.
Please note their is a 15% handling charge on all returns as stated in the returns section above.
CHEQUE PAYMENTS
Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Regency Coffee and send to the contact address together with your order and you contact details by selecting the invoice option on the payment page. Please where possible include as much information as possible such as Order ID numbers and company names.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customer accounts are granted at the sole discretion of Regency Coffee Ltd, Regency Coffee reserve the right to charge interest on any "overdue account". An account is deemed overdue when invoices remain unpaid for a period of 28 days or longer.
Regency Coffee also reserves the right to charge a solicitors / admin fee should an account go that stage of debt recovery. Regency Coffee reserves the right to withdraw or reduce the credit facility on any said account, without notice.
SITE SECURITY
This website uses Google Checkouts Secure Payment System for all credit card and debit card transactions.
If, however, you would prefer to arrange an order or pay over the telephone, you can do this by selecting the pay by phone function and someone from Regency Coffee will call to take payment.
This website has been enhanced to enable you to purchase our products online. We have a no-nonsense ordering system: simply make your purchases, and then pay at the checkout. You do not have to register to use this site.
PRIVACY
We use your personal information to provide the services you've requested (i.e. to process your order). We may also use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. We will not pass your details on to any third parties.
VALIDITY
Prices are subject to change without notice. We will however endeavour to maintain the listed prices.
ERRORS & OMISSIONS
The information included in this website have been checked for accuracy. Regency Coffee will accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information.
PRICES
All prices are in pounds sterling, exclude carriage and VAT where stated. All pricing is subject to change, Regency Coffee Ltd reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice.
EXPORT
Unfortunately we are only a UK based company and do not offer overseas shipping.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
